Missing Points

Hoping I can get a little help here.. 🙏

I just got off a call with sephora support. I made a purchase yesterday from sephora kohls and I noticed that 1. My fragrance purchase did not apply 4x and 2. I used my sephora cc and didn't receive 2x on the purchase.

She took the time to educate me that I cannot get double points from sephora kohls but this is new information to me as prior to this call, I was told to "call after your purchase and we can add those points for you" from at least 4 or 5 other sephora customer service employees.  If I knew this was an issue, I wouldn't have made the purchase via sephora kohls yesterday. Can someone help me get my points? 😭😬😮‍💨

@jaaayp I'm so sorry for any misinformation you were provided! The 4x fragrance promo is valid on Sephora at Kohl's purchases. I will send you a PM to further assist!
