Missing Package

• I recently ordered a few random items for my wife on a new account so she could be surprised, although when it got delivered it said it was dropped off at a locker, I live in a apartment complex so it was very weird, we have a mail room. To my shock, 5 minutes after being delivered I went to the mail room checked every single package, it wasn’t there. I called the gentleman tried to process a refund but it was too high of an amount it was an order for $463. He put me on hold for 15 minutes while he filled out a form, he finally then said he will make sure I get my refund, told me to call back tomorrow send a picture of where the package was supposed to get delivered which I did. Then I called again spoke with a lady who told me she needed to put in a request with their leadership, which I thought was already done, 24 hrs after that I get an email saying my claim is denied. This is insanity. I didn’t get my order, tracking clearly shows it was delivered to a locker which don’t exist, and  there’s no proof of delivery. I want my money back!!!
