Missing Multiplier Event Points

Hi, I purchased a cologne at a Sephora store during the multiplier event but only got the normal points. Please help🤗

I noticed that the rep picked out the wrong parfum than what I selected as well. I would not get the extra points on the regular vs extreme parfum, correct?
