Missing Items and No Help!

It says on the app they were delivered on September 22, but there is no sign of them.  I feel I was ripped off for $200 and am angry at Sephora for not being able to help me.  My guess is they went to the wrong address and someone else in my complex is enjoying their use at my expense.  I have already made two Klarna payments on these items.


Where can I get help, or is this a lost cause?  I will be switching to Ulta if this doesn’t get straightened out @CustomerService
