Missing Free Samples

Although I was upset to see that I’m missing THREE free samples from my recent order, I’m more upset finding out that that I won’t ever receive these samples. The whole purpose of placing online orders is to receive free samples. If I had known I wouldn’t be getting the free samples, I would’ve just gone in person. 

Although the Customer Service rep I spoke to was kind and provided me with points, this still doesn’t solve this issue. I would much rather receive the free samples than the points I received. If Sephora can’t guarantee free samples, then they shouldn’t even offer them. 

Very very upset, I’ve literally never experienced this before.

I'm so sorry to hear about your samples! Regretfully, we are unable to send samples separately from a merchandise order and I apologize for your order experience. I will forward your feedback to our shipping department so they are aware and for improvement in our service.
