Merging sephora accounts and putting online

Hi,


Last time I went in store it showed I had 2 Sephora accounts linked to my phone number with points on them. I also cannot access either of these accounts online. Please help me merge them and link them so I can also shop online.

Hi 🙂 

I think I am having a similar issue. I've bought items recently but on my account right now it only shows a purchase from September. I recently went last week and purchased 3 items and in the receipt it said I only had 65 pts but on my app it says 310? Also the cashier asked what was my most recent email and i said the one i have connected to this one. I was just wondering how i can transfer my points.
