Bought this in the Barcelona store. The crayon advancing mechanism does not work. Have the original packaging but not the receipt. Store refused to do anything about it. Poor quality control by the brand and customer service by Sephora.

@soglo5 I'm sorry to hear that! We are only able to assist with Sephora US or Canada, however the pencil you linked can be sharpened with a standard cosmetic sharpener. It is not an automatic pencil.
