Mail opt-out please

Hi, my account settings in the webpage (my account- mail setting)  is unsubscribed to mail, however I have just received mail from Sephora. Please permanently remove my address from your mail-outs. Thank you. please!!!!

I contacted customer support via the chat on the web browser but they said it is automated and can’t be cancelled.  What!?

@MattCB We can submit a request to have your address removed.  It looks like your private messages are currently turned off. Please send me a private message with your mailing address. You can adjust your account settings (the gear icon) on a desktop or mobile web browser.
