MISSING PACKAGE

So my bf ordered a perfume for me a couple of weeks ago. I’m overseas and we used a PO box upon check it arrived a few days and we were supposed to pick it up only to find out that the package was being sent back to sephora? Can you guys help me out on what to do because it departed already. What would be the next best step?
