Login trouble

Hi, I have problems with login my account. Every time when I try to login, it shows there is an error with my email and password. I have reset my password, but it still does not work, please help. Thank you.

I'm having the same issue. I've reset my password so many times that I don't even know what's my actual password anymore. I keep getting an error message that says "user id and password does not match for the user" and if I use the old password it says "we're sorry, there is an error with your email and/or password. Remember to passwords are 6 to 12 characters (letters and numbers) long. Please try again or click Forgot Password." Please help!
