Logging in with chrome

HI  - I was logged out of my account on chrome.  I tried to log back in but the button to sign in or register did not work. I am logged in on the app.  I cleaned out my cookies and browser history but I am still unable to log in via chrome.  I was able to log in via explorer.  Is there an issue with the website and chrome?
