Live Chat Unavailable All Day

Is anyone having any luck using the live chat? It has been showing as unavailable for me all day.

I received my order in a compromised condition. The package seal was broken, and half the items had seals removed not to mention some of them were half empty.

Hi, I received my shipment yesterday and the lid on the conditioner came off and the product is everywhere.  Live chat isn't available (after leaving it up for a bit).  Any solutions?

Yes im having the same issue as well as checking shipping says too big of a header... so wont say where it is. and then the mod responds on here to send her a direct message and that is broken too says opps u clicked the wrong window.. its gettign ridiculous

I'm having the same issue. Tried to call the customer support hotlines the entire morning but no one answer the phone, tried to connect to the live chat but it shows unavailable all the time. I'm wondering if Sephora still provide customer support services now?!

Yeah for sure! I tried waiting for the chat to update but it has not. For me my order which was a bday gift for my mom was marked as arrived on Friday but It has not arrived I checked with all my neighbors and all around my house and even waited a couple days incase it was late. Was looking to get some help
