Live Chat Unavailable All Day

Is anyone having any luck using the live chat? It has been showing as unavailable for me all day.

I received my order in a compromised condition. The package seal was broken, and half the items had seals removed not to mention some of them were half empty.

For me it's the same. I've tried several times over last year, it always shows unavailable.
