I am having the same issue. I just spent over $120 dollars a few days ago and the associate entered my phone number at checkout however, I don't see the points on my account. It only shows my email when I looked at my profile. The associate knew my full name and said I was in the system. I would love if someone could assist me with this problem 🙂
