Leaking product

Hello Sephora,

 

Upon receiving my parcel and opening the 100ml Gisou Honey Infused hair oil, the bottle was leaking all over inside the box and there was an oil grease stain on the info booklet from the leaking product. I am quite disappointed because the bottle was designed poorly which led to loss of product.
