Leaked product and missing sample

upon receiving my Gisou honey glow icons kit, the honey infused hair oil has leaked all over the bottle and box, a lot of the product is wasted. Poor bottle packaging!

 

Also, I only received one sample instead of two, this is quite disappointing.
