Lasership needs to go

To Whom It May Concern, In regards to Lasership being a shipping provider for Sephora products, I cannot keep silent anymore. My orders are constantly "out for delivery" then do not show up for a day or more after. I'm an understanding person, and things like bad weather and high shipping volumes happen. I've been pushed too far at this point. I'm fed up with the company as there are consistent delays, their tracking is a lie, and now this company has an untrustworthy reputation. I cannot believe Sephora has chosen to taint their reputation by associating themselves with an unreliable and untrustworthy shipping provider. I read the message boards and I know many customers have filed similar complaints. One reason I order from Sephora is the flash 2 day shipping. Since Lasership became a shipping provider, I don't get any orders 2 days after shipping. The shipping is unreliable. Where is the monitoring and control? My order was "out for delivery" a whole day before a storm was due in New England. I think best business practice would have been to delivery my package that day, as the tracking stated, and it was well known that the weather was going to be awful. The day of the storm, tracking still said "out for delivery" and honestly I wasn't expecting a delivery because of the weather. The day after the storm there is a new tracking entry that says "out for delivery." After filing a complaint the status has been changed to "delayed due to inclement weather or natural disaster." How can a package be both "out for delivery" and "delayed..." at the same time? Now, IF my package arrives tomorrow, it will be more like 4-5 days shipping. This is common practice with Lasership, inclement weather or not. Also, cosmetics and skin care do not do well with severe temperature shifts. This is pure speculation but I fear the luxury products I have paid well for are freezing in someone's car. This doesn't make me feel like a "Very Important Buyer." Really Sephora? Why are you associated with this company? Tsk tsk. I filed a complaint with Lasership directly and I'm waiting to hear back. I'm disappointed and fed up. Until Sephora has a trustworthy flash shipping provider, I will be ordering directly from makeup and skincare companies. I'm aggravated and I'm set on this principle. Sephora, the customers have spoken. It's time for someone with authority to take action. Amazon, inundated with complaints, no longer uses Lasership. Sephora, it is time to do the same.

I have since filed a complaint with Sephora customer service and received a full refund. As this action has alleviated the financial complaint, I still need Sephora needs to take actions against Lasership. I find they are unreliable and unprofessional. Until Lasership is out, I’m not ordering online from Sephora. That said, I live about 4 miles from Ulta and 18 miles from Sephora so do the math people....

Yep as it turns out my package arrived and everything is frozen solid. I don't pay for luxury products to have them show up frozen which may compromise the products' integrity and performance.
