You absolutely must stop using LSO. It is ruining your brand.  This is an absolute nightmare of a shipping company.  They hire random people to make deliveries and these people often steal packages, throw packages over fences, leave them out in the rain, on random street corners, or just don't even try to make deliveries.  I have a gate on my street and LSO has NEVER successfully delivered to it.  I have to contact them every single time I am expecting a package because they are "unable to access" my address even though I have given them the gate code no less than 20 times.  No other mail company ever has an issue with this.  I will never order from Sephora again (and I spend a TON of money at Sephora) if LSO is the shipping partner. I beg you to please fix this issue.

I completely agree with you! It’s been an absolute nightmare dealing with LSO. Each time Sephora has used LSO, I’ve had issues with that package delivery.

I just can’t seem to understand why Sephora is using them when they’re so horrible.

Use UPS/FedEx/USPS, anyone but LSO please

Who are these people saying they’ll relay this message on to Sephora upper management?? Do you work for Sephora?? I’m so sorry if you do and have to take these kinds of messages but Sephora should KNOW that LSO is stupidly horrendous by NOW. Like come on, GD
