LSO Shipping?!

I placed an order last week, and it has now been all variations of in transit; picked up; inbound scanned at destination; out for delivery (for 2 days); and now back to inbound scan at destination. 

After reading several complaints, I’m not actually expecting to ever see my package. This is very disappointing to me, I do a majority of my shopping online, especially now. I am beginning to think I may need to shop elsewhere, if I can’t be assured that my orders arrive on time, if they arrive at all. 
This shipping company is terrible, please reconsider your contract with them, because in the long run, this will end up doing more harm to your bottom line, than what your perceived savings by using this horribly unreliable company.

This really is the worst shipping service and have no idea why Sephora doesn’t stop using them.

So many packages have been lost and so many complaints have been filed but Sephora still doesn’t get it.

They use them to save money. But, Sephora has now lost my business until they stop using LSO.
