LA MER False Advertising

F218F048-9F8C-4671-8581-821F1C746F18.jpeg

This ad ran for quite a few days and I bought $165 worth of La Mer (which I have never used) just to receive the offer and try a new skin product. They sent everything, but the free offer. I contacted customer support and chat and they both said they couldn’t give me the offer they advertised. So Sephora purposely advertises free stuff to get you to buy a product and then doesn’t give you the free stuff. And using the excuse they ran out doesn’t work, because the ad was still running days after I purchased. So they knowingly trick you. That so dishonest and distrustful. If it doesn’t have a promo code and doesn’t show up in your cart, don’t fall for their false ads like I did.

@Taney8 I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I will look into this for you and send you a PM.
