Just got my order in today, product expired 05/22

Hi,

Been dealing with some great mask acne.

wanted to try something new so I went with Murad acne control outsmart acne clarifying treatment. Got it today from the online order. Noticed on the package that the expiration date is 05/22. Is this still okay to use? Is it more of a guideline? Im upset that it’s expired but also desperately trying to alleviate my face. Any recommendations are appreciated.
