Is it still not possible to use a store merchandise credit online?

Hi - I know this has been a common issue but has it been resolved?

I saw one response from customer service state that sephora.com is different from the store. This doesn't make sense - the store credit was issued when I returned something that I purchased from sephora.com.

If this has not yet been resolved, is there any effort being made to address this issue? Can I convert this to an online credit so I can apply to a purchase from sephora.com?

@zoidy, thank you for reaching out to us! If an online order is returned in a Sephora store 31-60 days after purchase, the refund will be processed to a store credit, which can only be used in stores. The first row of the table will show what happens if the return is made 1-30 days after purchase, as well as 31-60 days after purchase.

Hi, thanks for the response but my question was if the limitation of not being able to use the store credit on Sephora.com is being addressed.
