In-store Return Policy during COVID

Hello! 

 

I bought an item via instacart from the Kitchener Fairway location, and would like to return it. Since the store is closed now, how can I return my item?

Items purchased via Instacart can be returned directly to our freestanding Sephora stores. Please use the printed receipt attached to your Instacart delivery order, or reference your BI account that you used to place your order. If you return within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a refund to your original form of payment. If your return is made 31-60 days after the purchase, you can do an exchange or get a merchandise credit in store.
