In need of receipt

I am hoping that someone can assist me with this issue. I called to see if I could have a copy of a receipt of a transcation emailed to me and I was told that this could not happen. I would like to find out if there is any way that this could happen.

@Britney8888, if you're referring to a receipt for an in-store purchase, I regret that we don't have a way to provide a receipt. I'd recommend inquiring with the store team directly, if you haven't already, to see if they can assist.
