I stopped getting emails from Sephora

How does this happen?? I’ve received emails from Sephora no problems for years but as of October 27, nothing. I checked spam and added all 3 Sephora emails to my contacts. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling, deleting my current email and using a different one. I deleted my browsing cookies. I called customer service, I checked my email notifications unchecked and rechecked. Still nothing. I missed out on all the Vib sale emails!! I have had this problem with Ulta before but never Sephora. Any suggestions or tips??

@dance2Bfit @The same thing happened to me and I contacted customer service 3 times to get it fixed.
