I need help with credit card

I just got the Sephora credit card and when I go to purchase an item online it has the temp card in my options of cards to select, but when I select it and click save and continue it just deselects and won’t continue. It allows me to chose my own debit card but not my temp card and when I go on the website to check the status/funds of my card it makes me use my account number which I have been searching for for so long, where can I find my account number or how can I resolve this??
