I’m confused

So I went to Sephora about a week or two ago (a lot more than 24 hours ago) and got the milk jelly blush. I was in a rush and told the cashier if I could not have a bag and I never got my points even thought I had joined the challenge far before. In fact the challenge was in mind when I asked for no bag. It’s not a big deal because I don’t actually need the points, I was just confused. 😅
