I got an E-receipt of the Item I did not purchase

Today, I received an E-receipt from Sephora of the item I didn't purchase. I know I'm from a different state (NY), but the e-receipt was actually the one from another state (Florida). 


I even reached out to customer service, but to no avail. Since they told me they could not change it, I do not know what else to do.


I just want to share my experience of something I have never had or seen before.
