I go to recent orders and the option to download receipt or invoice is gone

Ordered online for Pick Up in Store and accidentally used an old email to purchase.

I technically don't have a receipt with a barcode just the Order Number and Details from my Sephora account online that I seemed to be logged into from years ago which the email is now inactive.

I checked Reddit posts and Sephora FAQ regarding where to find a receipt on my Account under Orders but there is absolutely no way to download either let alone view them...

I emailed Sephora and got two different responses saying 1) I can download online (which I can't there is physically no button to do so) and 2) the other person said that they can't send me my receipt to my new email but gave me no reason why when I asked twice.

I also want to mention that this is a gift and I do not know what I will do if they want to return it if they don't like it.
