I don't remember what e-mail to used when receiving my card

Hello, 

 

I don't recall what e-mail I provided when first getting my beauty insider card a couple years ago. I keep trying and keep opening accounts with the wrong e-mail. Could someone possibly look it up for me? I would really like to purchase today, and using the correct e-mail so that I no longer waste any points! I just would like to have them all together on one. Let me know ASAP! Thank you 🙂
