I cant remove items from my basket!!!!! What to do?

How can I remove items from my basket before placing an order?

Hi @Lollysys,

If you're using the Sephora app, please click "Remove" located just below the photo of the item. If you don't see this button, I recommend closing out the app and relaunching it, or signing out and signing back in. 

If you're using the desktop website, please click "Remove" located just below the price of the item. If you don't see this button, please try signing out and signing back in, or clearing your cookies/cache on your Internet browser. I hope this is helpful!
