I can't submit reviews for products

I noticed the past couple of weeks when have tried to submit reviews for some past purchased i get a "submission error try later" message.  The site was acting a little glitchy i had issues logging in and staying logged in but that seemed to be fixed but still can't submit reviews, does anyone know what the issue could be? Thank you.

@jennifer07 I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble! That error can mean that you have already submitted a review for the product. Can you let me know which product you are trying to review?

Hi, yes it worked on the app, thanks I'm not sure why it won't work  on my computer, even tried 2 different browsers.

I'm using a desktop, I had cleared my cache on my browser when i was having login issues, so thought would fix this issue too

@jennifer07 Are you able to attempt to submit your review through our mobile site?

Thank you, it was for the mario surreal foundation, I don't believe I had previously submitted one, but know what you mean, but I have been for a couple products.

@jennifer07 I do not see a review for that product on your profile. Are you using our desktop, mobile site or app to submit the review?

I’m also having this issue I just tried to submit one for a ysl blush that is new so I know I’ve never submitted a review for it. Hoping the first one went through even though I got an error because when I tried again it said I submitted a review before so we’ll see.
