I canโ€™t order anything online and not getting any help to resolve this!

Several weeks ago my password to login to the app kept telling me it was incorrect. Very strange because I know I hadnโ€™t gotten it wrong. Eventually after several frustrating attempts I ended up changing my password. Now, for the last 48 hours I havenโ€™t been able to place an order. Iโ€™ve tried on both mobile devices and my desktop. Deleted the apps then reinstalled. Cleared my caches and all the usual steps taken when these things happen. Every time I go to select my address - the one Iโ€™ve been using for 6 years - I get kicked out with a error msg โ€œexception was throw while processing the formโ€. I tried to call the Rouge hotline and they too couldnโ€™t place the order for me and said they were having an isolated issue with my account. They assured me it wasnโ€™t fraud and that I should try again in 24 hours (I did and itโ€™s not resolved). Has this happened to anyone else? Honestly Iโ€™ve just about had it with Sephora. I just made Rouge until end of 2019 which means I spent quite a considerable amount here and if it is going to be this difficult to order and my patronage isnโ€™t appreciated I will happily take my business elsewhere.

the exact same thing keeps happening to me. It won't let me process my order and I'm about to give up.
