I can't make online payment for Sephora card

I used to be able to manage my card balance online. Since the summer, I can't log in to my account. There doesn't seem to be any suspicious activity (yet). I contacted Sephora customer service agents several times. One of them even got my online account to work again, but several weeks later, it stopped working. The log-in page is not accepting my security verifying information, even though I'm entering them correctly. Some agents said that they see Sephora is having some issues with the credit card program. Is this a known glitch that is being fixed soon?
