I am unable to leave a review

I receive products from Influenster for free in exchange for leaving a review, And in this case the review must be done on Sephora. I have a Sephora account and am very familiar with how to leave a review. I have been trying to leave said review for almost 3 weeks now and every single time I try, it gives me an error message. One time, it said the review went through. But that was a week ago and it still isn't posted. I didn't break any guidelines in my review. I have 6 days left to get a review for The Ordinary's Retinal Emulsion done and if it isn't completed on time, It will ruin my chances of working with Influenster again and that is something I truly enjoy as a disabled woman seeking products on a low fixed income.  Please help. I have seen others leave similar posts, I am not the only one having this issue unfortunately.  Thank you in advance.

when trying to leave a review using my phone or computer l, I have the error message on several products

I simply am not finding it. I just went through all 200 something 5 start reviews, because that's what I left, and my review is not there. I preciously searched through all 400 reviews. Can you please assist me? Are you sure my review is published because I am unable to find it. I don't think I can go through several hundred reviews a third time. I have to turn in a screen shot photo of my review.

Thank you. I even went under my reviews on the app and it is not there either.
