How to resolve "TS Header is either expired or invalid" problem when signing?

Hi support team,

 

Sometimes I logged in to Sephora and got "TS Header is either expired or invalid". I don't know what is it and how to resolve it. Can you explain and reach me how to fix this?

I've tried many times but it still shows "TS Header is either expired or invalid" so that I can't order anything.

Hi, I'm having the same problem. I was logged in today, in the middle of adding to my cart. When I refreshed, I was somehow logged out, with "TS Header is either expired or invalid" and now I cannot sign back in. Clearing cache didn't help. How do we fix this? Thanks!
