How to redeem $100 Rouge Reward??

Hi! Im trying to redeem my 2500 points for $100 for the first time and having some trouble. I selected the reward and put it in my cart, and it showed that my 2500 points had been deducted. By the time i was ready to check out, it said that my reward coupon had expired, even thought it said that it expires in 90 days. Im so confused how can it expire it an hour? And will I be able to use it now?
