How to get the big item rewards

I h a e almost 2000 points. The bug item rewards always seem to be sold out how do I get one ?

Hi @aligal007 We release new rewards every Tuesday and Thursday around 9AM PST on our rewards page here > sephora.com/rewards and I recommend checking back around then! Some rewards may go out of stock quickly.
