How to file a complaint?

Hello, I am wondering how to file a complaint on a specific employee/location. I was on the fence about it for a few months due to working in retail myself and handling complaints, but I feel this does need to be addressed if the employee still works at the location.

I took my wife for her birthday to your location inside Kohls on Harper Village Drive in Battle Creek, MI and it was her first time in a Sephora (only had seen them on TV) as she is from Latin America. She was extremely excited. There was a tall, white, older trans employee with a blonde wig (did not get a name) that helped us and when my wife was answering her questions about how she does her makeup, the employee interrupted her, waving her hands in the air, saying “yeah yeah you don’t speak English”. She speaks English, just has an accent. The rest of the visit the employee ignored her, talked down about other makeup brands my wife had used and how they were “poor”,and seemed irritated to be helping us at all. 

Needless to say, we left and my wife began to cry on the way home from being publicly shamed for her accent and from a third world country and it ruined a very one of a kind experience for her on her birthday.

I’m not a Sephora employee or affiliated with them in any way, I just wanted to say that’s awful and I really hope they can do something. That definitely shouldn’t be happening and is for sure a valid complaint in my opinion!
