How hard is it to deliver a package to my doorstep when the slip on the box clearly says my apartment number????

This is a second time I have had this issue. Once again my package is left on the first floor where I live on the 6th floor. The package is again opened and items are damaged. I am so frustrated and disappointed..... I have spent thousands of dollar on Sephora online shopping...and this is the service I get. I can’t put a note that says please deliver to my doorstep (find it ridiculous that I have to do such thing). Also what is going on with Sephora swapping the samples I selected? Recently I always get different products than I originally chose. So the more money you spend, the worse the service? Please see attached for my order numbers that had damaged items because they were sent to the wrong apartment. Can somebody PLEASE resolve this issue?! Thank you!
