How do I redeem a Sephora gift card in JCPenny if they are no longer associated together?

• I’ve a Sephora in JCPenny gift card but not sure where I can use it since they no longer work together. Can I use it at any Sephora store.. do I contact customer service?

Gift Card SCAM!!!! Sephora will not do anything for you. Ask the person who gave you the gift card to file a dispute with the bank of the credit card or debit card they used. Also file a complaint with Better Business Bureau and FTC, call 1877 FTC-HELP.

@lopezjailene Sephora inside JCPenney gift cards and e-gift cards can only be redeemed at JCPenney for JCPenney merchandise. These gift cards are not redeemable at Sephora stores, at Sephora at Kohl’s stores, or on sephora.com.
