Hi, would someone be able to help me with this as well? It was my first time purchasing in-store and the cashier didn't ask me for my info, so I was hoping I could get my points added! I have my receipt.

Can someone help me also? I just called the customer service line and this guy in customer service said he can’t do anything because it wasn’t done online it was done in store. And he was going to give me 75 points then, changed it to 100 and then to 150 and when I said is there another number I should’ve called to make sure it’s done correctly and he said no. Seemed very sketch!
Hi @VictoriaOkc, sorry for the confusion! Our customer service phone line is able to add points for previous purchases, both online or from a store transaction. We just aren't able to update your purchase history or YTD spend amount. I hope this helps clarify!
