How can I get the $100 Sephora Reward?

I’ve been coming to the site for weeks on end with no luck. When I first qualified for Rouge, “Spend money, earn points, get rewards.” was the general pitch. The reality though is that I’ve barely spent any of my points because the $100 reward is missing in action. I would like to exchange my points for the multiple $100 rewards that I have been earning points towards as I was told I would be able to do. How can I do this? I must be missing something!

New $25, $50 and $100 Rouge Rewards can be redeemed in exchange for Beauty Insider points. New Rouge Rewards are released every Tuesday and Thursday around 9 AM, PST in the Rewards Bazaar. Once they are sold out, they will be removed from the website. We hope you are able to redeem in the future. Thank you!

Check the other conversation threads on this topic. Sephora is trying to scam you with a bait and switch tactic. It will “offer” the $100 Rouge Reward, but you won’t be able to check out with it in your cart. Your cart will be identified as “ out of date “ and then a second later the item will appear “out of stock”. Huge deception. Shop Ulta.

Yep - this has happened to me twice now and I'm over it. Why am I sitting here rapidly refreshing to add this to my cart only to not be able to check out with it? This feels like such a scam.

Hi @RebeccaBT thank you for responding. How many are released each day? I have had no luck getting them. I don’t feel it should be up to speed, luck, or hope. As it was described to me in store these were earned points and rewards—but it feels like Sephora does not care if there are not enough rewards to provide members with the opportunity to collect them. What can be done to help fix this issue?
