How Does Someone engage a Mod? My issue been ignored, and when I call cs they put me on hold and hang up on me. I hate to be a nuisance rly.

I would suggest you stay on hold and be patient. MODS answer inquires on here in order that they are asked. I just got an answer to a post I posted last Monday, patience is a virtue.

Yes it is. Will try again. I just don’t want to let time pass as it’s somewhat time sensitive but I guess I will hope for the best.
