Horrible Packing and Shipping Service

Just received another order with missing items.. This is the 3rd order within a month that it’s occurred. It was Frustrating initially but I got over it since they could just re-ship the item to me, but now almost 2 weeks after having placed the order, it’s out of stock. It wasn’t out of stock a few days ago (I noticed it browsing the site), and I ordered it on the 31st. It was literally the only thing I ordered, the other items in the box were the offer/sample items… so over Sephora
