Hi, how can I change my phone number on my sephora beauty insider account? I changed number and somebody else got my old number so I'm having issues on manangement of my account.

I'm afraid somebody else use my points.

You have to click your name at the bottom of your screen, then click account, then payments, click edit next to your card information, then scroll down to your phone number and change it to your current phone number 🙂

I already tried that but it only show to edit my names, email and password. There is no option there on changing my phone number.

What can I do?

Hi @gabysa!

To update your phone number just log into your account, hover over your name in the upper right hand corner and select 'My Account'. You can then scroll to the bottom where you'll see your name, address, and phone number, which can all be updated from there. I hope this helps 🙂

If you go to saved addresses, you should be able to change your phone number there. If not, I'm sure an employee can help you if you go to the store.
