Help with checking out error says something went wrong

I am trying to checkout my order and everytime it says - SHIPPING Free returns on all purchases.*

- null There may be errors with your selection, please check again.

I tried using different form of payment yet no help.

I am having the same issue, in both the browser and the app (which I just downloaded). I cleared cache and cookies. Why can't I place my order?
