Help getting insider email in French

How can I get my insider emails to come in English not French.        I know I’m missing promotions and sales.    But because I cannot read French.    Help!!!!

Hey, I'm experiencing this issue as well, my emails are in French even though my language preferences are set to English.

Hi, I am also suddenly only getting emails in French. There is no option in the account settings to fix this. Help.

I'm having the same issue.  I'm Canadian; live in Ontario, don't speak French -- but am receiving French language e-mails.

 

Please let me know if you can help me change these to English.

I think I've turned on prvt messages.. emphasis on the 'I think'..
