Heavily Damaged order

I have been a Sephora Rouge customer for several years now and have ordered several times in store and to my home. This is the first time I put in a dispute and this order was around $700 worth or items and the order was delivered entirely damaged. All the products broke or heavily leaked. I have never had an issue before and when I reached out to Sephora customer service for the first time ever, they responded by saying since it is a high value order I cannot receive a refund. 

 

What should I do now? I am not going to go re-purchase these items and spend over $700 again as this was not my fault at all and I have never disputed anything with them before. It is absolutely ridiculous and frustrating!

I would take a picture of the damage and file a dispute for the charge with your credit card company.
