Has anyone received their order yet?

It has been 6 days now and my order is still "In Process" status. Anyone else facing this issue?

I ordered Nov. 15 and just got an email saying it was shipped today.

Yes I did. I placed 4 orders on November 6th and received them all November 13th. My visa was charged as soon as I placed the order. (Im in Canada)

yes I ordered November 9 and got my order on Nov 15

my order doesn't even show up on my bank statement. This is annoying, it wasn't like this last year.

Good news! The order I made 6 days ago is now on its way, I got. Tracking number and all and it states that express shipping will not be affected. So maybe our orders do need upto 7 days. If you call the customer service line, theres a recording that says just that, that they need 7 days to process.
